We were contracted to construct a new build elective care centre as part of a £23 million contract for Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The contract involves the construction of a new four-storey building to provide an elective care centre, along with the associated external works and landscaping. The main accommodation will include four operating theatres, a number of general clinics, a radiology unit and a reception area with a feature staircase.
The building is linked back to the main Hospital via a high level link providing patient transfer facilities. The project was extended to include a 1250 space multi-storey car park which was procured in parallel to the main project. The original high level link was extended to connect directly to the car park.
